By using VoiceMux, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

VoiceMux is a blind relay server for End-to-End Encrypted (E2EE) data. It is provided by the VoiceMux Team as a tool for secure, low-latency communication.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using VoiceMux for:

Any illegal activities under applicable laws.
Transmitting malicious content, malware, or viruses.
Attempting to disrupt or compromise the integrity of the service (DoS attacks, etc.).

As we cannot decrypt your data, you bear full responsibility for the content you transmit.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

4. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE VOICEMUX TEAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SERVICE.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
